Galadriel's last litter is going to their fur-ever homes tomorrow!!! Such a bittersweet day for me and my family, but I am thrilled that they are going to amazing families who will love them as they deserve :)
No, that wasn't a typo. I did say "last" litter... As I wrote in a Blog in June of this year, things have started to wind down in the cattery after LĂșthien was spayed sooner than I'd originally planned for her; at that time I warned of an upcoming "pause" to the cattery and that it would change a lot of things around here. I stopped taking new deposits a couple of months ago when amazing families like yourselves submitted an application because I did not believe it right to take any funds knowing that I had an upcoming "pause". Due to some very recent circumstances, I have decided to take this pause earlier than anticipated. (We are in good health, before you wonder about that.) :)
I will be taking Galadriel to get fixed in a couple of weeks and then she and Elbereth will be going to a new home together. (They are far too bonded to be separated!). I have a potential family in mind for the girls, but if anyone else is interested, please let me know in case the other family decides "no".
I have been very fortunate and blessed to have your business and trust these past 5+ years and I will miss having these furry kittens pouncing around the house! Yes, they pounce and prance and pitter-patter! Oh, and they purr like little motors! I will miss playing with kittens and getting to know even you fabulous kitten adopters! :( I am unsure at this time how long of a "pause" I will take, but I will keep my Blog/site semi-active in the interim.
Speaking of the interim, I do have recommendations for a fellow Burmese/Thai imported breeder with kittens available and I will be happy to give you all the pertinent information. Please contact me for more details!
